    We connect with additional community centers, reach out to additional volunteers, start logging detailed statistics and developement of web and mobile apps to smoothen the process.

    Tech Company Outreach

    Alpha prototype of the website and application are released, and outreach begins to local tech-companies for help with building an robust, scalable app. Sudden influx of amazing Software Engineering talent and professionals from tech-companies and the Bay Area startup-scene join the team.

    Team Grows

    FoodRev's operation grows and organizers started to become overwhelmed managing volunteer drivers. Noting that automation was the key to scaling the operation, we reached out to Don Dini, AI researcher and builder of intelligent systems, for advising our approach to this problem. Using methods from artificial intelligence and machine learning, we begin to automate core logistics.
